Michael Collins Piper: “Write Jim Traficant A Letter!”
“I sent James Traficant a Christmas card a few months ago. I received this reply today”:
Dear (anonymous),
Thank you! Thank you for thinking of me and my family. Life is hectic and fast-paced– and for you to have thought of me, and then to stop and take time from your precious life to write me– is an honor. And once again, I thank you! Most of the people who write me say they cannot understand why the government targeted me with such a passion. Every rumor and innuendo that any political opponent would plant and foster became public and, before long, developed into an indictment without any physical evidence– only the testimony of subjects who were able to avoid jail by fabricating falsehoods about me. Lies and half-truths became ‘facts’; and ultimately became a 10 count indictment. My evidence, that would have proved they were lying, was not allowed to be presented — either before the Congress or the Federal Court! However, I know why I was targeted: I was not afraid of the government, and I had learned too much! The beginning of all of this was my first trial, in 1983, when I became the only American in history to defeat the U.S. Department of Justice in a RICO case– pro se (representing myself), and me not being an attorney. They were embarrassed!
The straw that broke the camel’s back was when I proved that John Demanjuk was not the infamous Ivan the Terrible of the Treblinka death camp in Poland. The government was stunned and in shock. The real Ivan was nine years older, taller, and had black hair and a scar on his neck; his name was Ivan Marchenko. My investigation, in conjunction with John Demanjuk’s beautiful family, proved not only that John was innocent, but also that the Justice Department knew he was not guilty– even before they took him to court!
Shame, shame!! They lied to the court– gave false testimony and presented false witnesses– knowing that he would be put to death! Shame!! The Justice Department then came after me with revenge, and a passion! I lost my respect and my faith in our government. Because this case was ‘too sensitive,’ Congress would not even hold a hearing on my evidence… Congress, all of them, at the time– turned their back, worried about reelection!! The Democrats were in charge then, and they knew of my investigation in Congress… hoping I would abandon it! I did not! I sent my findings to the Israeli Supreme Court– and they had no choice: They released John Demanjuk! In fact, they delivered him to me at the airport in Tel Aviv, Israel, and I personally brought him home, along with his son, his son-in-law, and Israeli bodyguards!
I am proud of what I did. No one else, in the House or the Senate, would even talk to the family– afraid of media power and the vindictiveness of the Justice Department. But even today, John Demanjuk is still being persecuted.
Shame!
The government agents that destroyed Demanjuk’s life should be in jail! That was just the tip of the iceberg. When people saw what I had done for the Demanjuk family they came to me with unbelievable information.
The information is so powerful that it is hard to believe, and the government knew I was getting sensitive information that could damage the American people’s confidence in the government. People came to me with facts about Waco, Ruby Ridge, Pan Am Flight 103, Jimmy Hoffa, and the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. It may all sound far-fetched, but I do know what happened to Hoffa and J.F.K. The government knows that I know– and so they had to ruin my voice by destroying my credibility. I may yet divulge this information if I can get the proper forum.
As you know, I was the dreaded enemy of the I.R.S. My legislation in the last I.R.S. Reform Bill changed the Burden of Proof law. Before that, you had to prove you were innocent in a tax court. The burden of proof was on the taxpayer. The I.R.S. said you owed… but the I.R.S. did not have to prove it. Unbelievable! Now that the I.R.S. has to prove their charges, the following statistics tell the true story. Comparing One Year Before the changes to One Year After:
1. Wage Garnishments dropped from 3.1 million to 560,000;
2. Taxpayer Property Liens dropped from 680,000 to 161,000;
3. Foreclosures on individual family-owned homes dropped from 10,063 to 57!
That’s right: only 57 homes in all 50 states! Fact is, the I.R.S. was seizing our homes– over 10,000 every year– when they had neither proof nor the right to do so! Congress allowed the I.R.S. to intimidate us and frighten us. Think about it! And then maybe you can begin to understand why I love America but hate the Government — and why the Government hates me. The Justice Department had to get rid of me, but I’ll be damned if I would back down!
America is in trouble… not from without, but from within! The Central Government has become too powerful. Citizens fear the Government. This is wrong. This is dangerous! I know the Government covered-up and promulgated LIES about Waco, Ruby Ridge, Pan Am Flight 103, Hoffa, and J.F.K. The Government knew I was right when I called Janet Reno a traitor. Janet Reno sold us out when she refused to investigate a $10-million payoff to the Democratic Party from a general in the Red Chinese Army (no less!). Think about it! And the Government knew that I had known why Reno was forced to betray America! I’m proud that I tried to do something about it! Someday the truth will come out. (I hope China never attacks us!) Jewish Community Won’t Miss Traficant

WASHINGTON: As a long-serving congressman leaves Capitol Hill, few in the Jewish community will shed any tears.
Rep. James Traficant Jr. (D-Ohio) was expelled from the House of Representatives last week after a colorful, 18-year tenure that included a less than amicable relationship with Jewish constituents and organizations.
Traficant was convicted of federal corruption charges in April. A House committee recommended last week that he be kicked out of Congress.
Traficant, who for years voted against aid to Israel because of his opposition to foreign aid in general and supported accused Nazi war criminals, was hardly a favorite of the Jewish community.
While in recent years his voting record on Israel became somewhat more supportive, Traficant still managed to get himself in trouble with the Jewish community.
Just after the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks, he suggested that U.S. support for Israel had provoked the attacks. Jewish groups were outraged, and said Traficant was an embarrassment to Congress.
A long-standing controversy involved Traficant’s support for John Demjanjuk, who lost his U.S. citizenship in 1981 on evidence that he was the sadistic guard Ivan the Terrible at Treblinka from 1942-43.
Demjanjuk was extradited to Israel in 1986 to stand trial for crimes against humanity. An Israeli court convicted Demjanjuk of being Ivan the Terrible and sentenced him to death in 1988.
He spent five years on death row during which time Traficant called for the Justice Department to reopen the case and asked Congress to probe the way the department’s Office of Special Investigations handled the case.
Traficant criticized the dearth of non-Jewish witnesses in Demjanjuk?s investigation and said OSI concealed evidence that would have cleared Demjanjuk.
In 1993, the Israeli Supreme Court determined that there was reasonable doubt that Demjanjuk was the Treblinka guard, and Demjanjuk subsequently returned to the United States.
In 1998, the U.S. District Court in Cleveland threw out the original denaturalization order and reinstated Demjanjuk’s citizenship. Even though Demjanjuk was not found to be the notorious prison guard, he was charged with aiding the Nazis.
Earlier this year, a U.S. judge ruled that Demjanjuk should be deported because he lied about his wartime activities when entered the United States. Demjanjuk is currently appealing the ruling.
As he was being investigated in January, Traficant sought to keep Jews off his jury because of the assistance he had given to Demjanjuk, fearing Jewish jurors would hold the issue against him.
Traficant also ruffled feathers in the Jewish community for his criticism of Israeli actions and his attendance and support at neo-Nazi sponsored events over the years.
In 1990, during a nationally televised talk show, Traficant identified a man in the audience as a ?member of Jewish descent.
The Youngstown Jewish community demanded an apology. Traficant, however, denied that he was an opponent of Israel or an anti-Semite, and said he would not let certain Jewish factions make me one.
Traficant defended his positions on the House floor that year.
If one is to be branded an anti-Semite for standing up for the constitutional rights, Palestinian dignity, and demanding that American tax dollars be spent on America, so be it he said.
Traficant has complained of being the target of a government conspiracy, and has also complained of being railroaded by a powerful Jewish lobby.
Traficant became only the second congressman to be expelled from the House since the Civil War. Nevertheless, he is vowing to run for office again.

Most Americans don’t have a clue just how deep the conspiracies run in our federal government and how much power special interests wield. The most powerful special interest is always the one which people are most afraid to mention in public. In Communist countries, people spoke only in whispers of the secret police and commissars. Here in America, people speak only in whispers about the Jews and the Israeli lobby. It was this powerful force that James Traficant crossed when he sought to protect an American citizen from being falsely charged as a war criminal and executed by the state of Israel.
James Traficant’s letter (Ref. 1) notes “The straw that broke the camel’s back was when I proved that John Demjanjuk was not the infamous Ivan the Terrible of the Treblinka death camp in Poland. The O.S.I. (Office of Special Investigations) was an abomination set up while Jimmy Carter was president. Supposedly, it would look for war criminals from World War Two. Most –if not all– of the leadership of the OSI was Jewish. Somehow, these Jews never found any Jewish Communist war criminals. They were never able to track down the Communist officials, who allowed Soviet soldiers to rape one million German women. They were never able to track down any Jewish commissars, who executed Ukrainian and White Russian civilians, who fled to the West, but who were forcibly returned to Stalin –often being machine-gunned at their first stop in Communist occupied Europe. The pre-war slaughter of 20-30 million White Christians by Jewish commissars was not even part of the OSI’s mandate. Why bother with crimes against humanity, which involved Jewish perpetrators? No one would ever disturb any elderly Jewish commissars, who had retired to Florida, no matter how many innocent White Christians, they may have killed.
The head of the O.S.I. in 1999, Eli Rosenbaum recently boasted “More than two decades after its creation, OSI’s work continues at a more vigorous pace than ever before. Over twenty cases are currently in litigation and several hundred more are under investigation. Newly opened archives in Eastern and Central Europe - sealed for decades by communist governments - have yielded a wealth of documentary evidence against suspected Nazi criminals living in the United States. OSI’s research has also played a pivotal role in tracing the fate of gold and other assets looted by the Nazis during World War II.” (Ref. 2)
Mr. Rosenbaum would have us believe that the Communists were hiding or sitting on information about Nazi war criminals. The Communists (including a great many Jewish Communists) played a key role in creating the Holocaust story. Every other statement that comes out of Mr. Rosenbaum’s mouth should be viewed as just as dishonest as his claim that Communists showed little interest in pursuing Nazi war criminals.

Any serious investigation of the Holocaust will quickly find a mountain of evidence against it. (Ref. 3) All the so-called gas chambers and death camps –through some amazing coincidence– were located in Eastern Germany and Poland while nearly identical concentration camps on the west side of the Iron Curtain were merely detention centers. The Germans allegedly mass murdered virtually all the Jews in Poland and occupied east Europe, but they left alone 400,000 Jews in Paris. The more a serious researcher digs into the Holocaust story, the more inconsistencies he will find.
It took decades before an American chemist, Fred Leuchter, was able to examine the alleged gas chambers at Auschwitz. He discovered crude structures that were never designed to be sealed air tight with no way of venting poison gas. The same evil Stalinist judge, who presided over the Communist show trials of the 1930s, was part of the Nuremberg tribunal. Anyone, who looks into the Nuremberg Trial, will find a horrendous legacy of lies, torture, suppression of evidence and creation of purely fabricated evidence.
Even though the OSI claimed to be prosecuting Nazi war crimes, a huge percentage of their cases in the 1980s involved Lithuanians, Latvians, Ukrainians and White Russians. While it’s true that Jews were widely hated in eastern Europe, the targeting of these nationalities had one obvious reason: The Communists were still occupying those nations back then.
A Latvian, Karl Linnas was deported to the Soviet Union based on false charges after being an American citizen for four decades. He was stripped of his citizenship and denied any sort of fair trial in the U.S. The Jewish OSI had full authority to decide his fate. He was shouting his innocence to reporters and had to be dragged onto an airplane for a “fair trial” in the evil empire. Mr. Linnas was reported dead of natural causes in a Soviet hospital just a few weeks later –a much more convenient outcome for the Soviets than a trial, where the flimsy evidence might get more attention. This was the sort of justice the OSI arranged to happen.
John Demjanjuk was a Ukrainian, who was targeted for prosecution by the OSI. Demjanjuk lived in Ohio as did Congressman James Traficant. From the start, there was considerable evidence that Demjanjuk was being misidentified as an alleged war criminal. The whole episode involving Demjanjuk was thoroughly shameful. Not one politician cared about Demjanjuk getting a fair trial except Traficant. Demjanjuk was deported to Israel –a nation that didn’t even exist at the time of his alleged crimes. International law should call for Demjanjuk to be tried by the nation, where his alleged crimes were said to take place, but those nations were free democracies and the Jewish “witnesses” might not seem convincing in a real trial.
The proceedings against Demjanjuk revealed the evil workings of the OSI. Why were so many elderly Jewish witnesses so certain that Demjanjuk was Ivan the Terrible? Could it be that they were coached on what to say and shown pictures of Demjanjuk in advance? Jewish witnesses both in America and in Israel were either lying or were completely mistaken. Naturally this will not cause the OSI to be disbanded or cause Jewish testimony in similar cases to come under question.
John Demjanjuk was given a death sentence by the state of Israel. Meanwhile, James Traficant pulled off a miracle by drawing some media attention to rock solid evidence that Demjanjuk was not a war criminal. Israel had to back away from their death sentence, recognize the evidence (which somehow was ignored by the OSI and Israeli court) and return Demjanjuk to the United States. As usual with any corrupt, tyrannical entity, the act of embarrassing them and/or proving them wrong is an unforgivable “offense.” The Jews decided that Traficant must pay for his impudence. Traficant was falsely charged by our federal government of a strange assortment of bizarre charges –some of which involved farm equipment and farm labor. (Notice that real criminals like the Clintons were never charged with crimes –not even with stealing White House furniture.) Almost all the “witnesses” against Traficant were criminals, who traded false testimony for plea bargain deals with a federal prosecutor. One juror on Traficant’s case said he would have voted “not guilty” if he had know about all the plea bargains.

The recent trial and expulsion of James Traficant from Congress has raised a number of questions. There had been an earlier attempt to send Traficant to jail on Federal RICO charges, but Traficant defended himself and was found innocent. In the latest episode, Traficant alleges that all the key witnesses against him were themselves facing criminal charges and were given very generous deals for their testimony. One of the jurors, who voted to convict Traficant, would not have done so had the information about the plea deals been made public.
Mr. Traficant claims that the effort to frame him stems from his demands that Janet Reno be prosecuted for the Red Chinese treason scandal involving Bill Clinton and the DNC –and– his defense of John Demjanjuk, a Ukrainian immigrant, who had been falsely accused of war crimes by the Office of Special Investigations and the nation of Israel. Demjanjuk was condemned to death by an Israeli court, but undeniable information came forward that Demjanjuk could not be the prison camp guard as claimed by Jewish witnesses in their court testimony.
The Red Chinese Treason scandal involved the transfer of nuclear weapon technology and missile guidance technology to Red China in exchange for donations to Bill Clinton’s ‘96 Presidential campaign and the DNC. The authority to transfer high technology to China was transferred by order of Bill Clinton to the Commerce Department and Commerce Secretary Ron Brown. It should be noted that Ron Brown died in a very suspicious plane crash over Croatia. Medical examiners discovered a circular .45 caliber hole in the top of Ron Brown’s head as if someone made sure that he did not survive the plane crash. A short time before the plane crash Mr. Brown had been under investigation for felony corruption and he had made a statement to the effect that if he were convicted, he would be sure to take others down with him. Ron Brown had been flying on “Air Force 2″ the second most sophisticated plane for transporting important political and cabinet level officials –and we’re supposed to believe that it flew straight into a mountain by accident. (There is considerable speculation that a false direction signal was transmitted that guided the plane into a mountain instead of the airport. The air traffic controller at the airport, where Brown’s plane was headed, was found dead a short time later from a bullet wound to the stomach.)
The actual charges against Traficant seem almost trivial. Congressman Zoe Lofgren stated “He traded his official office and powers repeatedly for money, for labor, for equipment at his farm and other things.” (Ref. 1) Who would compromise his office in exchange for manual labor and farm equipment?? If a large amount of money had been given as bribes then why focus on farm equipment and labor?
There are two strong possibilities here. One is that the entire case against Traficant is a fabrication based on the perjured testimonies of petty criminals seeking plea deals with prosecutors. The other possibility is that Traficant did engage in some minor peccadilloes, which have been blown out of all proportion to punish Traficant for embarrassing Israel in the Demjanjuk case and for making too much noise about the Red Chinese treason scandal. Congressman Barney Frank was not expelled from Congress even though his personal lifestyle violates all bounds of traditional Christian morality AND his boyfriend was running a homosexual prostitution ring out of a property owned by Frank. Frank claimed ignorance and Congress accepted his word. There is also Representative Gary Condit, who at least obstructed justice and at most had a good idea, who killed Chandra Levy. Condit is still a Congressman, but James Traficant is not.

Traficant Runs for Office from Prison

While the balance of power in the Senate hinges on a number of close elections, the most interesting election today is a three-way race that includes James Traficant running from prison. Jay Leno remarked: “What can you say about an opponent who’s already in jail?” (How about: “Don’t vote for my opponent, I have evidence that he’s planning to escape.”)
Unfortunately there is considerable evidence that Traficant was railroaded. The charges against Traficant center on things like farm help at his ranch, which seems like a trivial accusation. If investigators made a serious attempt to find corruption, no doubt they could catch a truckload of Senators and Congressmen taking large cash payments for “favors” or hiding fat secret bank accounts in Switzerland or the Cayman Islands.
It is absolutely clear, Traficant was targeted by prosecutors. The most chilling evidence of this is that they tried it before. Traficant was able to defeat an earlier attempt to convict him of corruption. Mr. Traficant defended himself in court and came out vindicated. The most recent trial of Traficant was practically done in secret. The trial received virtually no publicity until the guilty verdict came out. Considering that Traficant is one of the most eccentric and famous members of Congress, it is extremely suspicious that his trial received so little attention –unless of course the Jewish media did not want us to see the details of the case.
Traficant was faced with an array of “witnesses” almost all of whom had made plea bargains with prosecutors. One article (Ref.1) about Traficant’s trial reports “the 6,000-page transcript of Traficant�s trial does contain solid testimony refuting most�if not all�of the charges against Traficant. In addition, according to Traficant, the trial judge, Lesley Wells, repeatedly prevented him from introducing numerous witnesses and testimony that would have buttressed Traficant�s defense. The judge�s husband is with a law firm that has represented the interests of a multi-millionaire businessman who cut a plea bargain with the government in return for giving what Traficant said was false testimony against him. Mark Colucci, one of Traficant�s attorneys, says that the judge�s connection to the government witness was ‘of such magnitude to a fair trial that it guarantees a reversal [of Traficant�s conviction] and a new trial.’”
The same source reports that Traficant has run into trouble with the Israeli Lobby and that the Jews are still mad about the John Demjanjuk case. The state of Israel condemned John Demjanjuk to death as a war criminal, but Traficant played a key role in showing that Demjanjuk was innocent of the charges and that the Israelis were about to execute an innocent man (again).
Another article (Ref. 2) reports that “Richard Detore, a former CEO of U.S. Aerospace Group, told lawmakers that prosecutors tried to pressure him to lie about Traficant so they could convict the Ohio Democrat.” Detore is facing a bribery trial. This story lends tremendous weight to Traficant’s claim that other key witnesses had made deals with prosecutors for reduced sentences in exchange for perjured testimony against Traficant.
It is not clear if the people in James Traficant’s home district have heard any independent information about the highly suspicious case against him. Traficant is running ads for his campaign as an Independent, but has only a shoestring budget. The framing of James Traficant is an ominous sign of a government that has gone completely evil. If they can railroad a U.S. Congressman into prison with perjured witnesses, any of us could be sent to jail for opposing Israeli interests.

Jews Tighten their Grip on U.S. Politicians

In just the last few months, several incidents have taken place, which suggest that the Jews are tightening their grip on American politics (as if they already didn’t have a stranglehold). The first sign was the political targeting of a Black Congressman in Alabama. A recent article (Ref. 1) noted “The defeat of a black House Democrat (Earl F. Hilliard) who opposed pro-Israel resolutions has sent shock waves through the party and raised concerns about a widening rift between blacks and Jews.” The Jews essentially replaced Hilliard with an “Uncle Schlom” –a Black, who was willing to be an obedient lap dog for Israel.
Hilliard was a five-term incumbent. Normally an incumbent has a tremendous advantage, but the Jews were able to defeat him in the Democrat primary. Jewish donors from outside the state raised $300,000 for Hilliard’s opponent, Artur Davis.
Congressman Hilliard noted that the Jews were after other Black candidates: “They (the Jews) have targeted Cynthia McKinney in Georgia; they have targeted Jesse Jackson Jr. of Chicago and Donald Payne of Newark [N.J.]” Another recent news article (Ref. 2) echoes Hilliard’s fears: “New Jersey poet laureate Amiri Baraka criticized Israeli and Jewish groups’ involvement in U.S. politics… Baraka struck back at critics, saying he wanted to know ‘why the Anti-Defamation League is not registered as an agent of a foreign power.’ Cafe employees handed out… written statements from Baraka touching on Jewish groups’ work to defeat Congresswoman Cynthia McKinney of Georgia and Alabama Rep. Earl Hilliard, both black Democrats seen as unfriendly to Israel.”
Blacks are not the only victims of this deliberate purge. Congressman James Traficant was recently given an eight year prison sentence for corruption. There was amazingly little detail released to the public about the trial of Traficant, suggesting that the Jewish media didn’t want the general public to see a kangaroo court in action. Traficant noted that the key witnesses against him had made plea bargains with authorities, suggesting their testimony was purchased with judicial leniency for crimes they had committed. One juror, who had voted to convict Traficant was shocked to hear of the plea bargains, which had been kept secret from the jury. An earlier attempt to send Traficant to jail was defeated when Traficant successfully defended himself in court. His enemies however were persistent and apparently patched together a more believable case this time.
The significance of Traficant being sent to jail is that he helped to expose the John Demjanjuk frame up, in which a naturalized American citizen was deported to Israel and sentenced to death based on false charges related to World War Two. Traficant was the only Congressman honest and brave enough to get in the way of a judicial steamroller. The Jews should be grateful that Traficant prevented them from murdering an innocent man, but the Jews don’t work that way.
In order to maintain their racial cohesion, the Jews need to execute an enemy of their race on a regular basis and the guilt or innocence of the individual accused is really not that important to them. These executions are like blood sacrifices to a pagan deity. Traficant got in the way of one of their human sacrifices and he will always be an enemy of Israel for that reason.
As if buying elections and sending Traficant to jail, is not bad enough, another very serious event took place just recently. Senator Paul Wellstone died in a plane crash in Minnesota while campaigning for reelection. Wellstone had stood up against the “amen chorus” for Israel and denounced the proposed war on Iraq. “Accidental” airplane crashes are an infamous way to assassinate “troublesome” politicians. Clinton’s Commerce Secretary Ron Brown died in a very suspicious plane crash in Croatia shortly after saying in public that he would not go jail alone in response to pending corruption charges against him. Perhaps Israel is so committed to having the U.S. fight a second war against Iraq that a serious dissident voice in the form of Senator Wellstone was intolerable for them even if they had to kill one of their own.
There is no doubt that the Jews are pouring money into key elections to defeat Blacks, who have shown sympathy for the Palestinians. There is a strong chance that the Jews were behind framing James Traficant and sending him to jail. The death of Senator Wellstone is a tremendous “coincidence” considering the plight of everyone else, who does not support Israel 100 percent. Will Americans continue to sit around sheepishly as Jews increase their control over our politicians by hook or by crook? Americans need to vote against any candidate, who is a gutless shill for Israel no matter how much praise he receives from the (Jewish) media and no matter how many campaign commercials the Jews buy for him.

David Duke and James Traficant

I have received many positive, supportive e-mails since Duke was forced to seek a plea bargain in an obvious case of the Feds oppressing a famous American dissident. Only one e-mail was from someone, who actually believed the government case against Duke. Let’s just hope that individual doesn’t cry foul when the Feds call him up for a tax audit and declare him a criminal, who has to prove his innocence.
It should be noted that Duke could have stayed in Europe permanently. The governments of Russia and the Ukraine would not extradite Duke on such weak, political charges. Many European nations have Asylum laws and Duke could have been the first person to ever legitimately ask for political asylum. But Duke chose to return to America to fight an evil political system even if he had to suffer victimization in courts controlled by Zionists. One only has to look at the case of James Traficant to see how badly our system of justice has been compromised.
It was only a few months ago that James Traficant was sent to jail on alleged corruption charges. Traficant had worked to free an innocent man, John Demjanjuk, from an Israeli death sentence based on false charges and dishonest Jewish “witnesses.” (One wonders what God in Heaven must think as Traficant sits in prison as Christmas Day approaches.) Traficant had also opposed the Israeli lobby and earned its wrath. The main witnesses against Traficant had received generous plea bargains with prosecutors in exchange for their testimony. Traficant even found one man, who stated that he had been offered a similar “deal” if he would say untruthful things against the Congressman in exchange for federal prosecutors going easy on him for some trouble he was in.
The jurors in the Traficant case were not told that the Feds had tried to frame Traficant once before and that he was found “not guilty” of those charges. The jurors were not told that all the main witnesses had made deals. The trial more closely resembled something out of the Soviet Union in the 1930s. One juror, who found out after the trial that the testimony of the main witnesses had been “bought” said he would have voted “not guilty” had he known this. The charges against Traficant were an odd collection to say the least, some involving farm labor and equipment. If Traficant were a corrupt politician shouldn’t there be big bags of money involved? Shouldn’t they be charging him with selling his vote for a large amount of cash?
In light of what happened to Traficant, who now sits in a federal prison, is it any surprise that Duke chose to go with a plea bargain? If the Feds can control a case that tightly, block out key evidence and send a U.S. CONGRESSMAN to jail, what would they do in the trial of a pro-White activist?
